    By accessing and using Venabulum (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

  2. 3D Printed Product Disclaimer

    Nature of Manufacturing: Our products are manufactured using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology. Minor surface imperfections are a characteristic of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.

    Material Selection: It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the chosen material (e.g., Nylon, PLA, or ASA) is appropriate for their specific application and environmental exposure. Venabulum is not liable for damage or failure caused by heat, UV exposure, or chemical interaction.

    Liability: Venabulum is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of our tactical accessories. Users assume all risk associated with the mechanical performance of 3D-printed parts in the field.

  3. Payment and Security

    Processing: All payments are securely processed via Authorize.net and Payroc.

    Authorization: By completing a purchase, you authorize Venabulum to charge your selected payment method for the total order value, including shipping and applicable taxes.

  4. Intellectual Property

    All designs and digital assets are the property of Venabulum. The purchase of a physical item does not grant the right to replicate, scan, or redistribute the design in a digital or physical format.

  5. Shipping & Compliance

    Legal Compliance: You represent that you are of legal age and that the items ordered are legal in your jurisdiction.

    Lead Times: 3D-printed items are often made to order. Lead times provided on BigCommerce are estimates and may vary based on production volume.
